TECHNICAL EVENTS

 

PAPER PRESENTATION:

• Team Members: 2 Participants

• Duration: 10 minutes

• Topic: Open Topic

• Rules: Team must submit an hardcopy of their PPT prior to the event. The paper will be verified depending on different aspects. The qualified team will be contacted through phone or email. Pre-judgment will be done by a group of faculty. Team must Send their abstract to the coordinators through mail.  Last date for Abstract Submission on 13-SEP-2015

TECHNICAL QUIZ:

• Team Members: 2 Participants

• Duration: 1 hour

• Rounds: 5

• Rules: Questions will be asked from General and Technical area. Teams will be selected from the Preliminary test. Each team will have a seperate question in each round. Each team will be awaded 10 marks for the right answer and the marks will be deducted for the wrong answer.

LINE FOLLOWER:

• Team Members: 3 Participants 

• Duration: 30 minutes

• Rounds: 2

• Rules: Each team has to complete the given maze. Team will be moved to the second round only after the completion of first maze. Team will be announced as a winner for the fast completion of  maze.

ROBOWAR:

• Team Members: 4 Participants

• Duration: 1 hours

• Rounds: 3

• Dimensions: 500x500x500mm

• Maze: Grippy

• Rules: Team will not be allowed for having the exceed dimensions. Team must have a minimum of one offense. No fire play will be allowed. Team will be announced as a winner based on the marks scored.

CAD ASSEMBLING:

• Team Members: 2 Participants

• Duration: 40 minutes

• Rounds: 3

• Rules: Team will have to assemble the given model within the time. Team will be moved to the next round only after the completion of each round. Team will be announced as a winner based on the completion of the assembling.

QUICK THINKER:

• Team Members: 2 Participants 

• Duration: 30 minutes

• Rules: Each Team will be given 2 minutes for the observations. Team will have to develop their own model based on the provided apparatus. Finally, each team will have to submit a design.
